Born and brought up in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Graduated from Govt. College of Art & Craft, Kolkata in 1976.

Working with all mediums including oil, water, serigraph and murals etc.

Founder member of a group "CONTRIVANCE" of Kokata.

Done several solo and group exhibitions in different parts of India.

Designed and executed many murals in glazed ceramics, terracota and cement reliefs.

Expert in CAD related design activities and working on many Internationally reputed CAD softwares for Textile and Fashion designs.

Works collected by many reputed Art Collectors in India and Abroad.
